The code for the all-star teams are to go to the "exit to dos" screen and wait for the soccer players to come on and then type xplay and then hit enter.
One other code is for the super teams, alternate soccer balls and different uniforms. The only thing you have to do is put Canada on the left team and Vancouver on the right team the hold control alt insert.
